- To be eligible, cancellation requests must be submitted within this 10-day window from the activation date.
2. Eligible Services for Refund:
- Linux Reseller Hosting: Eligible for a full refund if canceled within the first 10 days of activation.
- **SSL Certificates**: Eligible for a refund within 10 days of purchase, provided they have not been activated.
- Website Builder: Eligible for a refund if the service is canceled within the first 10 days of activation.
3. Non-Eligible Services for Refund:
- Cloud Hosting
- Dedicated Servers
- These services are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances once purchased and activated.
4. Refund Process:
- To initiate a refund, contact our support team within the eligible period.
- Once your request is processed, any applicable refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Additional Conditions:
- Refunds are only applicable if cancellation is requested within the 10-day eligibility period.
- All refunds are subject to verification and approval.
